Precision for the body. Perspective for the mind.
Advanced diagnostics, hormone and metabolic care, and physician-administered ketamine-assisted care in Waimea, Hawaiʻi Island.
Two doors into the same practice
One practice, two ways in.
Precision health is the body side of this work. Ketamine-assisted care is the perspective side. Most people start with one and find their way to the other.
Precision health
Advanced testing, hormones, metabolic and cellular detail, read across time rather than in a single visit. Physician-led care built around your biology and the place you live in.

Physician-administered sessions that open a window of perspective, a pause from the mind's usual noise, with preparation and integration around it. Come find out whether it is right for you.

Precision for the body. Perspective for the mind.
Modern medicine often plays whack-a-mole with symptoms. One number is off, so we treat that number. Then another surfaces. Wellness culture answers with a bag of supplements and a new protocol every season. Neither approach asks the harder question: what is actually happening in this person, in this life, right now.
In my experience, real change more often starts when the mind gets quiet enough to see its own patterns. People rarely lack information. They lack the pause that lets them step back from their own racing thoughts, observe themselves clearly, and get out of their own way.
So my job is to give you both. The data: advanced diagnostics, hormones, metabolic and cellular detail, read over time rather than once. And the pause: care that makes room for perspective, including physician-administered ketamine-assisted care. The body responds to precision. The follow-through comes from a mind that has stopped fighting itself.

The Premise
Most of medicine starts from the assumption that something is broken, and that the work is to find it, isolate it, and correct it. Embody Medicine starts somewhere else: that a body in distress is usually a body in a relationship that has become incoherent. Five relationships, specifically:
- Self: what your body is telling you, and whether you can still hear it.
- Biology: the terrain you were born with, and the conditions it gets expressed inside.
- Physician: a guide who reads your biology across time, not a single visit that issues a verdict.
- Community: healing doesn't happen alone.
- Environment: the place, the rhythm, and the land a body actually lives inside.
The role of medicine is to make those five relationships visible, understandable, and actionable. Not once, but over time. That is what Embody Your Medicine™ is built to do.
The Methodology
Embody Your Medicine™
A five-movement method, repeated over time: Arrive. Listen. Move. Integrate. Return. Every program in this ecosystem is this same method, run at a different length and intensity.
